Festival of Pedagogical Ideas for English Teachers took place yesterday. It was not only a festival but a professional contest.  We shared our master-classes with one  another, spoke a lot English. Everyone of us has unique ideas in teaching English, uses her own methods and technologies.  And  everyone's English teaching  technique is worth to be appreciated. As for me? I was awarded as "The Most Creative Teacher of English”. Hooray! Some more events were held yesterday and they were dedicated to the International Language Day which is celebrated on the 23^rd of April. Why this day? That is the day when  the great British writer W. Shakespeare was born. There were such contests for pupils as My Favourite poem  (dedicated to the Year of protecting the environment), English Day Quiz, Translator’s Contest where boys and girls had to translate Live English Speech into Russian. Schools presented their English Newspapers as well. My Pupils from Chadukassinskaya school could not take part in this Festival unfortunately because they were to go to Cheboksary that day on the excursion. But our Newspaper Sunny English got the first prize! All in all the Day of the English Language was fantastically great!
