51 years have passed since the first manned spaceship took off from cosmodrome Baikonur in Kazakhstan. This 108-minute-long flight of the "Vostok 1" spaceship, piloted by Yuriy Gagarin, marked the beginning of space era in the history of humankind.  Baikonur is the unique site that hasn't changed its specificity to present time. Nowadays more than 30 carrier rockets are launched from the cosmodrome annually and almost everyone who wishes may witness it.
